RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Gadgets and More, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms outlined below.

RETURNS

- All return requests must be initiated within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags, labels, manuals, warranty cards, and original accessories intact.

- Only products explicitly mentioned as "returnable" on the product page are eligible for returns.

- Certain items, including non-returnable products and final sale items, are not eligible for returns.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Request an RMA Number: Contact our customer support team at info@gadgetsandmore.co.in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Package the Item Securely: Place the item in its original packaging along with the proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping: Send the package to the following address:

- In some cases, we may arrange a return pick-up for eligible items.

TERMS OF RETURN

A product is eligible for return within the applicable return window if:

- It was delivered in a physically damaged condition.

- It has missing parts or accessories.

- It is different from what was ordered.

- It is no longer needed with a valid reason (not applicable to all products).

Evidence Required for Returns Due to Damage or Wrong Item Received

- Customers must provide an unboxing video and images clearly showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

- Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the return request being denied.

- All return claims are subject to investigation and verification.

Non-Returnable Items

- Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product page.

- Items that are used, damaged, or missing original accessories and packaging.

- Any software, digital downloads, or items that require activation.

- Perishable goods and hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earphones, smartwatches with opened seals, etc.).

Device Returns & Personal Data

If you are returning a mobile device or any item that stores personal information, ensure that you have:

- Backed up important data.

- Factory reset the device to erase personal data.

Gadgets and More is not responsible for any misuse of personal data after the return.

REFUND POLICY

- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

- Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

- If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, the refund request may be denied.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS & WARRANTY CLAIMS

- Products with manufacturing defects must be taken to the nearest brand-authorized service center for warranty claims.

- Our return policy does not cover defects covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

FINAL SALE & INSURED ITEMS

- Sale items without insurance are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for damages caused after purchase.

- If you have purchased shipping insurance, claims for transit damages must be initiated immediately upon receiving the product.
